At the beginning of 2025, The Coating Master BV carried out a large-scale renovation project on behalf of DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH. The existing coating of the brine bath, with a total surface area of over 5000 m², was completely removed and neatly disposed of. The bath was then rebuilt with the high-quality Nylo Coating Thix system, specially tailored to intensive brine water loads.
Nylo Coating Thix has been an established name within the dairy industry since the 1970s. This system is not only resistant to long-term brine exposure, but also certified for direct contact with food products. Thanks to the absence of odor, taste and odor release, it meets the strictest European hygiene requirements. Only Certified Nylo Application Companies are allowed to apply this coating, providing up to a 10-year warranty.
The entire implementation took place during a carefully planned production stop, with a tight schedule drawn up in cooperation with DMK. Thanks to years of experience, certified expertise and a reliable working method, DMK’s brine tank is again ready for many years of intensive cheese production.
